After all those years as a woman hearing 'not thin enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough, not this enough, not that enough,' almost overnight I woke up one morning and thought, 'I'm enough.'

Dear Friend

Thank you so very much for your support of our Home and children with your gift of 49 blankets, it is sincerely appreciated.

The face of a children’s home has changed over the years, and is no longer just basic needs. We are admitting more and more children who have suffered severe trauma and abuse.

We take great pride in the high standard of care we give to all our children trying to emulate the “home environment” as closely as we can, with special focus on our various forms of therapies and programmes.

Through your help and generosity we are able to offer our children the love and support that they deserve.

Once again, thank you so very much for your kind and generous support of our children and Home.

Yours sincerely

Narisha Govender

Managing Director

Dear Gauteng Women in Insurance,

Thank you very much for your generous donation of blankets for women and children in Cosmo City RDP area. The blankets were distributed on 18 July 2015- Mandela Day as part of our 67 minutes campaign. The recipients were very happy to receive such great quality blankets to keep themselves and their families warm. We were even contacted by a local nursery school who had heard from one of their children about how their family received food and blankets on Mandela Day, speaking of the impact they had on the recipients.

Thank you for being an organisation of women that help other women to look after themselves and their families.

Kind regards,

Alicia Swanepoel
