Kicking off the new year with a focus on self-care, overall health and well-being, this event was dedicated to promoting healthy habits and providing practical tips to help members start the year on the right foot.
A variety of activities
On arrival, all the ladies received Kiki (www.kikibeauty.co.za) products. After the opening and welcome, a Wills Consultant from Sanlam/Santam gave a valuable and insightful presentation for the women on estate planning, wills and more.
The evening boasted a variety of activities, including a Discovery Vitality screening, a dietician, a massage therapist, a wills consultant, a biokineticist, optician and virgin active consultant.
There were also vendors on site with products and services related to wellness and self-care.
