Ready to groove and move, on 8 February, Gauteng Women in Insurance (GWII) hosted its first Mix n Mingle for the year – Padel & Pose.
Under the guidance of Kendra Dykman, a registered Biokineticist, Pilates, and Yoga instructor, the morning of movement, at Discovery Padel Park in Sandton, featured a dynamic blend of padel, yoga, invigorating breathing exercises, and light fitness to kickstart the ladies’ day with a bang! It was fun, energising and all about movement!
